Bryan Tyrer from SOIK Ltd has over 20 years experience in transforming managers into leaders and leaders into highly effective, inspirational visionaries. A Business Studies graduate from Newcastle Upon Tyne, he has enjoyed success with some of the most respected and challenging businesses in the UK & Globally – J.Sainsbury, Kellogg’s, RHM, Dairy Farmers of Britain & The Tangerine Group.

Operating from Board Level right down to the “sharp end” on the shop floor and in the field, Bryan has secured multi million pound contracts, been responsible for the training, development & performance of Teams from 20 – 600+ people and has developed & implemented corporate strategy across the world. His passion is people and that shows through with his energy & enthusiasm when talking about or delivering Personal or Team Leadership Programmes
