“The analogy between business and sport was excellent. I now want to take my performance to the next level”

“Fascinating. This session inspired me to look at discipline and leadership in a whole new way. This is like no other course I have been on – it changes lives. I am now ready to “Go make it happen”.

“Now I get it… energy is the fundamental thing I have neglected. I was like a new high performance car running on little or no fuel. Trying to work 12 hour days, survive on little sleep, fuelling up with chocolate and coffee and being too tired to play with the children was not right and not sustainable”

“I expected a woolly wellbeing session – this was like nothing I have ever attended – inspirational”
