Follow the steps below to register your NHS Trust/organisation.

Before you register

  • Nominate a ‘Challenge Champion’ who will manage the challenge for your Organisation/Trust/CCG and be our main point of contact.
  • Download the ‘Challenge Champion pack’. This contains everything needed to manage a successful challenge.


  • Click ‘Register My Organisation’ below and complete the registration form.
  • The Challenge Champion will receive a confirmation email containing the next steps.

About The Challenge

We recognise that workforce professionals in the NHS under great pressure at the moment. Wellbeing4business Ltd would like to support NHS employees to improve their Physical & mental wellbeing throughout January 2021.

Take on the 30:30 Challenge…

What is the challenge?

The challenge is all about moving more and sitting less. Participants are encouraged to fit in physical activity each day.

The daily goal is to do 30 minutes or more of planned activity every day for 30 consecutive days.

How many people can enter?

Entry is open and there are no limitations on the number of challengers.

Do you need to be fit to take part?

No level of fitness needed as the recommended intensity level is low to medium. If your people are at all unsure about whether they should exercise please advise them to consult their Doctor/Specialist.

Are there any prizes?

Yes! There are two prizes up for grabs…

  • The top 50 individuals will be entered into a raffle to win a new Garmin fitness watch.

Should people be encouraged to buddy up?

We know from past challenges that finding an exercise buddy or team of people is the best motivation especially during a lockdown! – Please respect the government guidance on Covid-19 at all times

What type of physical activity counts?

Participants can choose activities that they enjoy. As long as it raises their heart rate, and makes them breathe faster and feel warmer it will be fine.

Example activities:

  • Brisk walking
  • Home workouts
  • Cycling
  • Gardening
  • Dancing

We urge you to follow government guidance at all times follow social distancing rules & exercise at home as/when necessary.
