Leadership Burnout

a real concern

Earlier this year the World Health Organization officially recognised burnout as a medical condition in its 11th edition of the International Classification of Diseases. Leadership burnout is a major concern.

“I just can’t seem to get going,” the finance director said. He grimaced as he leaned back in his chair. “I can’t get interested in what I’m supposed to do. I know I should get rolling. I know there’s a tremendous amount of work to be done. That’s why they brought me in and put me in this job, but I just can’t seem to get going. “

We challenge participants and take them out of their comfort zones emotionally and physically.

Our approach

The Energy4business approach is to increase the capacity of participants to perform under pressure by managing their ability to spend and regain energy in the most efficient and effective way. Chronic stress without recovery depletes energy reserves, leads to burnout and breakdown, and ultimately undermines performance.

Our focus is about managing energy and not time.

Weekly Webinars & Pulse Surveys

The programme is delivered through live coaching webinars which are interactive, practical and thought-provoking. Each week a different module is delivered and coaches weekly group and individual challenges.

Pulse surveys are used to gauge energy levels and review progress weekly.

Tracking, challenges and coaching

Coaches set daily challenges that are tracked using the WELL 1-2-1 App. The app connects participants to a dedicated coach who can check on progress and forward tips, tool and advice.
