Coaches set daily goals which align with the programmes focus. These goals are tracked on the WELL 1-2-1 App where participants can view add their health & wellbeing data, view trends/patterns in their goals and review progress.

 

Progress Tracking

Participants are able to track their progress with daily trackers on the Well 1-2-1 app. Health & wellbeing data can be entered manually or automatically via a connected app or tracker such as Garmin, Strava, Google Fit and more…
