Health & Lifestyle Screening 

Our onsite health & lifestyle screening provides a 1-1 consultation with our health coach and includes health checks on blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, body fat, lung function, lifestyle risk and behaviour. A full report is provided at the end of the session.

Personal Health Coaching

Our online health coaching is ideal for those new to coaching or anyone with a short term goal e.g, lose weight for a holiday, complete a 10k run, raise money for charity, working away from home. It’s like having a health coach in your pocket! Coaching lasts for 4 or 8 weeks depending on requirements.

The Well Programme  

This comprehensive annual personal wellbeing programme provides coaching, health checks, self care information and a dedicated health coach to manage the programme.

The Well Programme for Schools

We provide a comprehensive school physical wellbeing and stress management programme built specifically schools and cluster groups. A dedicated health coach will liaise with the senior team and help coordinate and deliver the programme

Stress Management Support 

We provide a dedicated stress management expert to support senior management in managing stress. This online coaching support provides the opportunity to discuss stress management strategies and advise on issues that present themselves. We also provide access to our StressHUB Website containing team and individual risk assessment resources and guidance on pressure management.

Health Calendar  

We supply workplace wellbeing related content to support employers in engaging staff on wellbeing. Simply decide on the a topic each month and we will supply fact sheets, podcasts, posters in a branded or unbranded format. Example topics include sleep, energy, fitness, resilience etc
