We have also seen a rise in the number of clients wanting to adapt service provisions to fit better with their people demographics e.g “can you provide fatigue information for shift workers?”, ” can you provide OH at weekends?”, ” can you provide an EAP which is pay as you go?”
The argument for bespoke is growing also in employee engagement – people want to see information relevant to their health issue. e.g A slim 45 year old female does not want information on weight loss but may welcome information on menopause.
We built a health risk appraisal and personalised follow up programme in 2003 – guess its now becoming popular!!
A few questions:
- Should you shoehorn a solution into your business or buy one that fits?
- Does bespoke cost or save money?
